Sublime Italian Maxalto “Apta” Armchair in Tan

I was going to describe it....but found the following link that describes it far better than I can , so please have a look: https://lordbrowns.com/shop/uncategorised/sublime-bb-italia-maxalto-apta-armchair-in-tan-brown-gamma-leather/ The story behind this chair may be of interest; It was originally designed by a famous Italian architect/designer called Antonio Citterio for the leading Italian leather manufacturers Maxalto who got a contract to supply 40 of these chairs to Lufthansa for their first class premier lounge in Frankfurt airport. They used 36 of the chairs in the lounge and kept 4 as spares. Mine is one of those! They were never used and were sold as a lot together with the other 36 a number of years ago by Lufthansa ( you can see Lufthansa inventory barcode still on bottom of chair). It is as close as makes no difference to the condition it was in when it was first manufactured and there isn't a mark, tear stain or blemish on it as it has been very lightly used. ( There is some slight scuff marks on the metal base that I will buff out when I get a chance!) I know that if you are going to spend a not inconsiderable amount of money on this chair you will do your research, and I think you will appreciate what you are buying. The chair originally cost 2,500 pounds sterling each , and were on sale on above website at 1,600 pounds, but they are very rarely available. As a private seller I will accept € 950 and offer free delivery within a radius of 100kms from Dungarvan or in greater Dublin area. Delivery can be arranged for €100 anywhere else in Ireland.
