Selling on behalf of my parents. Items are about 7 years old. No smokers in the house, but one small dog. No kids. Armchairs were always covered in blankets to avoid pet smells. Armchair is 4ft L, 3ft6inch H, and 3ft 4inch W. Collection would need to be at the house.
