Selling a beautiful, vintage solid mahogany extendable dining table in excellent structural condition. Features elegant Queen Anne style cabriole legs and a detailed gadroon (rope-twist) carved border along the edge of the tabletop. Mechanism: Traditional draw-leaf extension. The two end leaves slide out smoothly from underneath the main top to easily accommodate extra guests. Condition: Solid, sturdy, and heavy. The mechanism works perfectly (see photos of underside). The wood grain is beautiful, with only minor, normal age-related surface marks. Beautiful traditional draw-leaf small dining table, extends to sit 6 people. The table measures approximately 35 × 35 inches (89 × 89 cm) when closed and extends in both directions to approximately 42 inches (89 × 107 cm). An 8 inch extension - leaves easily open on the right and left. 3 foot square when closed is perfect for modern apartments or small dining spaces. Extends to 4.5 ft. Good solid, traditional piece with lots of character. The extension mechanism slides smoothly in and out. Ideal as a small dining, kitchen, breakfast or occasional table. Barely used.
