Tank needing repair welding front and rear faces

Had this tank 10 year bought 2nd hand good pump Tank is 2006 tyres original age retlates cracks and wethering one tyre has a slit on it since I got it not losing air and in 10 years never had to repair or had a puncture with the tyre I did the breaks in it so good breaks tank was spreading slurry this week. But need a handy lad on welder and tank be sound price is 4000 will take cheaper offer might swap for nc agitator 3000 or 3800 needing repair a lad that can weld would keep this tank right and do along time only for sale as bought a new tank if I was handier at welding and plating this tank would not be leaving the yard.
