Waikato 40unit rotary milking machine & Cotswold water heater for sale .Bought and fitted from Waikato milking systems. ”commissioned in 2021” we’ve over 20 a4 pages of faults since starting hense it has to go we’ve tried every effort for them to fix it. Rust and holes in the concrete deck started within the first few weeks of use all 40 teat spray units had the non return valves plumbed the wrong way round so between milkings teat spray leaked out teat spray timing was over double what it should be hense rump rail dividers rusted (now bending)it took them months to come back and fix the issue hense the rapid speed of deterioration. Vacuum pumps didn’t get non return valves fitted till 2025 so every time it turned off the motors and pumps ran backwards for a minute each time hense 2 vacuum pumps ceased in the first few months .scc went out of control for over 2years due to test report figures that had made up readings .after a few months of independent testing done by Irish testers and a over seas tester 8 out of 40 units were within international pulsation standards every unit had a different pulsation in between the testers the machine was fully serviced and tested by the main dealer giving perfect test report AGAIN then the over seas tester came tested and got figures the same as the first tester. Electrics Gland gave up a few months in they put in a different one that isn’t electrically insulated and the fingers break a bit. Cotswold water heater control box went on fire because they installed a 3 phase box instead of a single phase one. In first few days all wash pipes fell apart during hot washs as they weren’t secured in any sense. Teat spray units have broken off loads they were only put down with a bit of glue some got big screws in them right tasty job they did.milk drive settings were telling the milk pump go faster than it could go so milk pump burnt out and so did the milk drive the list goes on.
