Filter - Industrial Chamber "sock" Filter

This is a high pressure, chamber filter that takes an internal sock. You push liquid through the filter, in the top, through an internal sock filter and the filtered finished product comes out the base outlet. The inlet and outlet are standard BSE fittings 1 1/2". The pressure guage on the top of the unit tells you when it is full of pulp and needs changing. We purchased this to filter smoothies originally but it was not suitable for such a pulp heavy product. It is more suited to dairy, paint, juices, cordials etc - thinner products. It was purchased from Hall Pyke Filters in Dublin about 5 years ago and was only used for a month. It is made entirely of 316 Stainless Steel. The filter can hold 30 litres of pulp before needing changing. The original supplier can provide a wide and varied range of different micron filter socks. This unit is in brand new condition. Original purchase price was €2,400 - grab yourself half price bargain.
