Make/Model: Atlas Festival Super Size: 35ft x 12ft Layout: Originally 3 bedrooms, now a large master bedroom (the two back bedrooms knocked into one, with insulated plasterboard on the walls) plus a separate walk-in wardrobe/storage room where the third bedroom was — the bed bases are in storage and can easily be put back in to make 2 single beds if a 2nd bedroom is needed. Please note: the only furniture included in the main bedroom is the bed frame and 2 bedside lockers. Heating: Gas heater in the main sitting room. We used a Dyson heater in the bedroom over winter and found it worked really well, thanks to the spray foam insulated floor and insulated walls holding the heat. Location: Co. We lived in it for 18 months and raised our 2-year-old here — it's been a genuine, happy home and we'd like to see it go to someone in the same position we were in. Also comes with a slurry/waste pump and pipe capable of pumping up to 50m uphill, available as an optional extra for €500 — useful if you're on a site with a tricky drainage situation, and would otherwise cost you €500–€1,000 to sort separately.
