GRAB A BARGAIN OPEN TO OFFERS. Nice solid Caravan and ceiling and walls have been insulated with kingspan plasterboard for insulation costing 1500 euro. New shower unit, toilet,sink. Kitchen sink and work top. Ceiling lights,new sockets ready to fit,Lovely wooden section floor with top quality insulation to lay first. All New fittings and just needs finishing off,painting etc and install all New fittings. Water heater is fitted. Separate Kerosene heated central heating radiators have been removed for the renovation and need painting and reinstalled or buy new radiators. Kerosene Fuel tank included. I stripped it out leaving shower and toilet section to create an open apartment look and sections can be easily installed if required.
