They have just one 3-bedroom model on site, but the salesperson, Mike, was incredibly helpful and patient. He walked us through all the available options in terms of size, materials, pricing, and answered all our questions thoroughly.

The model home itself seems to be of good quality, with basic materials that cover essential needs well.

Extremely happy with my 2 bedroom modular home, it's built so well and I now have a house to call my own, it's definitely worth it and for anyone wanting an alternative option to a house especially with the price of rent and housing at the moment , I would highly recommend looking into a modular home from the rayco group. You could have a home ready to move into, in a few months. I'm nearly 2 months living in mine and I love it!

Have to say Rayco Group you did a fantastic job 👏 so happy with the end  product. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of going down the route of modular then speak to Ray at Rayco Group. From the very first phone call Ray was so helpful and efficient with any questions we had, any extras that we required, they were no problem at all. The installation team led by Tommy were outstanding, Brito and his crew were so helpful and easy to deal with. Overall extremely happy, now the fun starts with furnishing and the finishing touches 😀

Went up for a viewing for the modular homes - single room in the middle of a messy farm.
Showroom was incredibly poor, looked like a run down mobile home but yet still looking at over €100k, cheap material, poor finishing.
Met a couple of people working there & couldn’t answer any questions on finish, insurance, experience etc.
Said the only reason they’re cheaper than regular brick home building is they’ll take your design and offer a smaller version, but quality was really poor.
Also told they’re too busy to deal with my project so come back look elsewhere….
Wouldn’t recommend, videos online don’t give true reflection of what they’re selling.

My experience with Rayco Group has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the details to save others from the colossal headache I've endured. This review reflects the utter lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic competence displayed by this company.

From the beginning, the communication was abysmal. They initially quoted me €8,000 for chassis repairs, only to blindside me later with an outrageous demand of €12,000 plus VAT. When I rightfully questioned this 50% increase, they responded with unapologetic arrogance, essentially telling me to accept it or leave.

Not only did they fail to honor our agreed-upon quote, but the quality of their work was shockingly subpar. After retrieving my car, it broke down within a mile, and a subsequent inspection by a reputable mechanic in Cork revealed a significant issue with one of the pistons. The photos provided by this mechanic showcased the shoddy workmanship that Rayco Group had subjected my vehicle to.

What's even more infuriating is that they had the audacity to make me foot the bill for their incompetence. It's beyond belief that I had to take charge and repair my car's engine myself, despite the fact that it ran flawlessly before their disastrous intervention.

In addition to their incompetence, they exhibited a complete lack of accountability. They refused to acknowledge their blatant attempt to overcharge me and laughed in the face of professionalism by making me pay for their mistakes.

To anyone considering Rayco Group's services, I implore you to steer clear. Save yourself the stress, the financial burden, and the inevitable frustration that comes with dealing with a company that operates with such blatant disregard for its customers. There are countless reputable options out there—Rayco Group is not one of them.
