Lovely Mobile Home for Sale

I am selling my lovely mobile home 38x12. 2 bedrooms (was 3 but the person I bought it off knocked two rooms into one to make a large double room) Lived in it since November 2022 while saving to buy a house. Single glazed. There is a gas boiler but I never hooked it up as I installed an electric water heater in the kitchen, electric shower and electric hob. The mobile is being sold unfurnished apart from the following which are included in the sale:- White Coffee table Microwave Single bed and mattress 5 drawer tall boy 2 x chest of drawers Small chest freezer Electric hob Under counter storage cabinet in kitchen Electric fire heater in living room Pictured are the steps which were purpose made for the mobile. These are worth approximately €500. I will let these go with the mobile for the asking price of €5,000 but for any offers less than €5,000 the steps are not included and I will keep them.
