Bed mobile home. One double, one twin and one bunk room. New boiler went in two years ago serviced February(2024),new fridge gone in too. 32ft x10ft. We are a family of 4 living in it. Its a clever layout. Open plan sitting room/kitchen. Bathroom with shower. 2 entry doors. Double glazed. Gas boiler for hot water and gas cooker and fire. It has electric ceramic heating and its lovely and toasty. They have a thermostat and turn off when set temperature is reached. Cost effective to run. We've done 2 winters in it very comfortably.
