We bought it for €8000 only a few months ago and have pumped thousands into the kitchen and the living area. The mobile has a solid wood floor which was only put down recently, the kitchen has been freshly painted and the sink and kitchen counter is new as well. The living area has wood put onto the walls for extra security and because it looks nice. The mobile is a beautiful mobile and we have a lot of work done to it.
