Mobile home

We are selling our mobile home after running into some planning issues. The mobile is 36X12 and is a two bedroom however one bedroom has been opened up as an office. We bought it for €8000 only a few months ago and have pumped over 20 thousand into it with the hope of living in it while saving for a home. The mobile has a solid wood floor which was only put down recently, the kitchen has been freshly painted and the sink and kitchen counter are new as well. The living area has wood put onto the walls around the big window for extra security and because it looks nice, it runs all the way along the wall in the living area behind both windows for extra insulation. The mobile is a beautiful mobile and we have a lot of work and love put in to it. The Pellet stove is brand new and only used this year. It’s worth €3500. It comes with the mobile home. The dining table and chairs come with the mobile, so does the coffee table..they are also new. It also comes with a Laura James chair that pulls out to a single bed. Also new and worth €300. Transport must be arranged by buyer. note - its a single glazed mobile, it’s cold during the winter but we haven’t had a chance to put in radiators and we don’t see a point since it has to go now. The pellet stove heats the place to 33 degrees. During the summer it’s really warm inside. It would be a perfect summer home for someone, if the intent is to live inside of it all year round, I would definitely recommend radiators or a little more window insulation .
