Mobile home

It is a 12 foot by 37 foot very nice mobile home. We lived in it for 3 years while we were planning and building our house. The interior is finished like a regular home. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a built in bed and another that fits a king size bed (not included) with a small locker at the side. There's a walk in wardrobe, bathroom, a large enough sitting room and kitchen area. It comes with a gas cooker and hob, 3/4 size fridge freezer, table and 4 chairs (if required), gas radiators throughout and a small electric fake stove. It's a 'winter package' mobile so the windows are double glazed. The outdoor decking with an outdoor kitchen/ barbecue area is also available. This comes with a veranda or without. The mobile will be sold unfurnished.
