Static Mobile Home 3 Bedrooms -Free

This is a Carnaby Caravan Static Mobile Home 2007. Single Glazing, two door entry. It has a gas fire, smoke alarms, boiler, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher. Two bathrooms, one with a single shower and screen. There is no central heating in the rooms. Dining table and two chairs. No cooker (the old one was broken), fridge (will need replacing). This mobile home was included in the house we bought. It has been here a few years and was used for renovating the cottage before we bought the house. We have had family use it twice just this week and last September. We keep it clean and tidy and have removed one cupboard from the kitchen area as it was damaged.. The seating we have cleaned and the carpets we have also cleaned. We would like this to go to somebody who will want to use it for renovating a property, as it would be a shame if we have to scrap it. We have added the new hot water boiler as the old one was failing. It has a good metal pitched roof in roman tile pattern. We are giving this away for free. If you would like to come and view it please contact us we are available most days. We lived in it for a couple of weeks when we moved here.
