Skoda Octavia vRS cr170 2010 *deposit taken*

2010 octavia vrs CEGA CR170 for sale. 228,000kms, 6 speed manual. I am the 3rd owner with the first being its original main dealer. Full dealer history and large folder of invoices from day 1. Original, non uk import irish car. Full years nct. Passed every nct without issue. Strictly serviced quarterly or every 3000 kms without fail. Every wearable component regardless of condition has been replaced with original factory items. 3 timing belts in past 8 years, with most recent in january of this year. New original dmf kit fitted this month with gearbox and driveshaft service done. All fluids replaced with helix 5w30 and mann filters. Bg synchro 75w full syn gearbox oil replaced every 12 months regardless of mileage. New heavy duty battery. Bodywork, interior and underbody are regularly cleaned and maintained. No rust or corrosion, all underbody box sections have been fully treated with anti corrosion wax. I have modified the car with 19 inch vrs extreme alloys in 235/35 toyo proxes, sachs shocks, polyurethane bumpstops and 30mm h&r springs, hel braided brake hoses and a full 304 stainless steel exhaust system. I also fitted an aftermarket underbody chassis brace. I still have the original parts to go with the car. dpf has been removed and ecu reprogrammed in jan this year and replaced with a higher flow cat, the dpf was sent off and fully reconditioned (also included with the car) road tax is €400 and car is really economical. Drives like a newer car and needs nothing. Interior is spotless but has a tiny tear in the trim by the gearstick also a couple of small scratches here and there on paintwork (very minor) to rectify this i am including all of my new spares i have put by for it (4x potenza's,shocks,topmounts,arms,droplinks,bushings,filters,fluids. I will regret selling this but it has to go to fund a classic car restoration. Absolutely no trades or silly offers! Plenty of uk imports out there if you are looking for a cheap one.
