Got my first Indian from Keith. He allowed me for a test spin without really knowing me. Advised another machine that might suit better about to come rather than push sale of the one he had in stock already. Very good communication, helped with sorting out financing. I will for certain come back if decided to upgrade the bike. Thanks and see you around!

Just a note to thank Keith for taking a late call on a Friday. While I didn’t buy as he didn’t have what I was looking for, he developed good rapport with me and I felt he was someone I could trust.and I would be happy to deal with. I’ll definitely be calling Keith and Franklin motors again.

I have been dealing with the lads in Franklin since the company opened. I have found them to be polite, professional and straight up honest.  I purchased a couple of bikes, had some service work done and purchased accessories from them over the years. They even sold a couple of vehicles for me.

Absolutely top-class service from Keith, thank you! I'm delighted with my new Indian Challenger Limited. The service and communication were 100% perfect the whole way through. Keith kept me updated throughout the process, making it a pleasure to deal with him from start to finish. I would like to wish Keith and all the staff at Franklin Motors all the best for the future with their new premises and new start, following the devastating fire earlier this year.

I have had to wait almost a year to write this review due to a court case.  I left my Harley motorcycle in Franklin motorcycles to have some work done.  This work was to include new apehanger bars, brake lines and cables to suit, new indicators, brake lights and a full service.  When works were done and i picked up my bike I noticed brake fluid leaking from the new brake lines. I pointed it out and his mechanic Roberto, he said he would tighten them, that this was normal with new brake lines and banjo bolts. When I got home I noticed my trousers  front of the bike was covered in brake fluid. I rang Keith Reynolds, I explained there was brake fluid leaking out of all lines and that i was really unhappy, he asked me to ride the bike back to his garage to fix it. I told him there was no brake fluid and it could not be ridden like that. he said his mechanic Roberto would call to my house, days later he arrived, apologised and said that Keith had been rushing him to finish the bike, He tightened everything and added more brake fluid.  While he was there I asked him to show me the correct way to check the oil levels, then noticed there was too much oil in the bike, he took out 1 pint of oil, I asked who done that and he said he did while servicing it.  2 days later I brought it out for a spin to laragh with a good friend. He noticed my brake lights weren't working. Driving out of laragh the front brakes locked up almost throwing me over the handlebars into oncoming traffic. The front wheel and brake lever were locked solid. I rang Keith to inform him, he said he would send his mechanic to my house to repair it once it was home. I refused saying I did not want Roberto to work on my bike again, I told him I was sending the bike to Harley Davidson to have it repaired and whatever the cost was that Franklin's would settle bill. Keith Reynolds agreed to this at that time.  On the following Tuesday I got a phonecall from Harley asking who had been working on my bike.... i told them FRANKLIN MOTORCYCLES,  he said he had Never seen such a bodge job in his life... he told me that when they were changing the handlebars that whoever done it broke the brakewsitch that goes into the master cylinder and glued it back on, so when I pulled the brakes eventually the switch broke again and caused complete mechanical failure of the brakes... again almost killing me.
He also told me that the wiring in the handle bars was done SO BADLY that it blew the ECM in the switchgear and that had to be replaced at a cost of over 500 euro and I had to wait a month for the part to come in. He also told me that the reason the lights weren't working was because the wiring they used was computer cat 5 cable not suitablefor wiring, I was told i was lucky it didn't cause a fire. They also told me that the engine oil was OVERFILLED by 1.5 litres, which could have caused all sorts of damage to the engine.  After all this Mr. KEITH REYNOLDS  refused to pay the bill of repair from Harley Davidson.The money i had to spend to put my bike right ran into thousands. I had to take him and his company to court. Eventually it went to court and the judge found in my favour and he had to pay for damages to my bike done by him and his mechanic Roberto.  This company has absolutely no regard for the safety of its customers. I could have been killed due to the incompetence and willful neglect of work carried out on my bike. This company has now changed its name from Franklin motorcycles to Franklin motors, if you value your life, do not be fooled into thinking this is a professional outfit. Avoid doing business with this treacherous outfit at all costs, it could cost you your life as it nearly cost me mine. I have no doubt Mr Reynolds will give some smart reply to my honest review of him and his company. IN MY EXPERIENCE OF HIM,  HE IS NOT TO BE BELIEVED.
