Excellent experience at Hiro Imports. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The owner was very friendly, let me sit on one of the bikes, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. He explained a lot of useful information, gave me great advice about insurance and getting started, and was genuinely helpful throughout. It felt more like chatting with someone who wanted to help than being sold something. Great customer service, plenty of knowledge, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I'd highly recommend Hiro Imports to anyone looking for a bike or advice.

Jaya is a genuine guy who is not trying to sell you something for the sake of selling it. Great experience purchasing ninja 250r - bike was immaculate and he even threw in his own ratchet straps for transport home. Well worth a visit and I will be back next year for another look

Jaya is a genuine fella with great quality bikes. Bought a Suzuki GS500 here in fantastic condition. Right from the start he's been very responsive, and as I was to make the journey from Cork to his shop in Galway, he was very patient, making the buying process that much easier. He even took the time to walk me through using a choke, as I had never had a carburetor bike before. It's clear he's very knowledgeable about a variety of bikes and that he takes pride in his business, and stands over all his work which to me as a customer speaks volumes.
