2006 Honda CBR600RR – Needs Recommissioning

2006 Honda CBR600RR for sale with very low mileage, approximately 6,000 km. The bike has been stored in an underground garage and has not been ridden for around two years. Before being put into storage, it was running well and the engine started perfectly. Needs to be recommissioned before going back on the road. I would expect this to include replacing the old petrol, engine oil and other fluids as necessary, replacing the battery, lubricating/adjusting the chain, checking tyres and brakes, and giving the bike a general service. I have not attempted to start the bike recently due to the age of the fuel and would prefer the old fuel to be drained before starting it. There is cosmetic damage/scratching on the left side from a low-speed drop, including scratching to the engine cover, as shown in the photos. It was not a high-speed accident. Some plastic pieces need to be refitted. Plastics, engine cover along with oil and filter are included with the bike. I want to emphasize it that the buyer will need to arrange suitable transport, as the bike cannot be ridden before recommissioning.
