Bought gear twice and dealt with Jonathan both times. He knew his stuff, was able to recommend good gear to me, and didn't try the lazy approach of pushing the most expensive stuff on me. Felt like he was actually trying to solve my problems. Asked what gear I had, what riding I did, and recommended gear that would suit me. Bought waterproof winter gear and heated gloves and they have been a game changer. My 100km daily commute has been warm & dry this winter, which is a first for me in 20+ years.

Today I left my Tracer in for a service at Yamaha Danfey Newlands, which had been booked two weeks in advance, and this was my very first experience with them. I have to say, the customer service was absolutely excellent. From the moment I arrived until I collected the bike, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I really felt taken care of. The atmosphere in the shop is fantastic 👌 Friendly, relaxed, and very professional. The work was completed quickly and finished with a full walk-through and presentation at the end, which I really appreciated. They actually did more than expected, and all for a very fair price. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you all for 10-stars experience 💥
