Fantastic service at BC Autos. Great fleet of fab cars! Called up about a 2016 BMW 520 and spoke to Brent. He was so helpful from day one. I went to Kildare two days later, Brent kindly picked me up at Kildare village. I test drove the car and drove away in it that evening! Delighted with it, its such a stunning car and has received so many compliments already! It was in showroom condition! The guys here are great to deal with and very professional. I bought a Land Cruiser from DC Autos in Monasterevan with a "fresh DOE", but soon discovered serious issues, multiple holes in the chassis costing over €1,200 to repair, and even a side panel flying off on the motorway due to missing door hinges. This was extremely dangerous and could have caused an accident.

When I raised these issues, the owner went as far as to gaslight me, saying “all cars have rust,” as if holes in the chassis, which are a clear DOE fail, were normal.

It’s deeply disappointing to receive this kind of response from a so-called professional.
After spending nearly €14,000, I feel completely misled and let down. I could never recommend this dealership,please be extremely cautious.
I can see from the reviews,  I'm not the first person to experience this. I've been left with no choice but to take them to small claims court.

I just wonder, are there any honest dealerships left??!!
