Picked up Ninja SX last Wednesday. All went smooth and without any problems. Prior to purchase the communication was a bit slower then expected but nothing to cry about. Niall was very professional and offered a lot of advice in regards to maintenance, servicing and bike gear. The rest of staff were keen to assist customer.

I had a bad experience purchasing a used low mileage motorbike from this store I was told all four indicators would be replaced, only the two front ones were I was told a battery tender adapter to suit an Oxford optimiser charger would be installed but it was not I was told both handlebar clamps would be replaced as they were damaged, however only one was replaced I was told that there would be ‘plenty’ of petrol in the bike when collected, when I left the shop the reserve fuel came on straight away, which means there was less than 2.6 litres of fuel in the bike To their credit; they did change the front indicators (although all 4 were meant to be changed), install new handlebars and a new battery One of the members of staff working downstairs was very rude and unprofessional, however I found other members of staff to be helpful and friendly, it’s just a pity they didn’t change or install all the parts that they said they would The feeling I got from this experience was that they couldn’t have cared less about the used bike and were only glad to see the back of it I would not purchase a bike from here again and cannot recommend them
