He spent nearly an hour with me going through everything — the real dangers of riding, how to manage the fears that come with being a new rider, and all the genuine benefits of getting on a bike. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was asking too many questions. An absolute gent. And the service didn't stop there — Niall delivered the bike directly to my home and even came into the shed to show me the best way to manoeuvre and turn it around safely.
