Fantastic experience at Mega Bikes Dublin. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. I was made to feel comfortable straight away and was even allowed to sit on a few of the bikes to get a feel for them. The staff took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and give me some really useful advice about insurance and getting started. There was no pressure at all, just honest and helpful guidance from people who clearly know their bikes. Excellent customer service, great knowledge, and a very welcoming atmosphere.
