I reached out to Rob from Megabikes for some last minute help to obtain written confirmation of my bikes power output to get the Vehicle Registration Cert updated for my driving test. Rob replied straight away with a letter providing the same and with no charge for doing so. I was able to get my Registration Certificate updated on time for the test. From my experience, I'd highly recommend Megabikes as a company that obviously has a genuine regard for bikers. Thanks again Rob.

Went there to get my 16yr old sized up for his motorcycle gear - newbie rider. Unfortunately I can't rem the member of staffs name who took care of us but he did ride a GSXR 1000 , suffice is to say he was amazing at his job, engaged with my son about what bike he had etc . My kid felt a bit awkward trying on the gear for 1st time n staff had patience & experience to guide him , advise him and put him at ease. I bought my motorcycle today at this store and was extremely satisfied with the experience. I was very well assisted by Gabriel, who was professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. The store itself is excellent, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
