Top class customer care from the entire team. I’ve had my bike at Duffys 3 times this year and every time at short notice. Never once have I been disappointed. Prompt and transparent communication on every occasion and the work carried out has been to the highest standard.

Absolute stars at Joe Duffy today. Had an issue with the bike running rough and intermittent throttle operation. Thought I was going to have to have the bike recovered and fly home to Scotland awaiting repair. However, managed to get the bike to Joe Duffy and with the help of Jeff in Sales / Service and master tech Zak (who was off duty but offered to help) I got everything all sorted and back on the road to rejoin my tour team as we set off around Ireland.
