BMW R 850 R 1997

A truly solid bike, it starts first time every time, never stops unless you want it to. Rode it for 12 hours in one day in the UK last year, never faltered, very reliable. Genuine low mileage for the year. Everything works as is should, no electrical issues, NON ABS MODEL ! Paintwork is very good, no dents scratches or damage. Exhaust in perfect working order and chrome is excellent. Seats in perfect order, no holes tears or leakage, variable seat height adjustment. Panniers in very good order all locks working properly, easy on/off. Comes with very handy and sturdy rear luggage rack, Comes with BMW expandable tank bag with rain cover, Comes with Haynes manual plus detailed BMW workshop manual. Taxed until July 2026 ! Soon to be a classic with low insurance and road tax. Overall this bike in very good condition for its 28 years and plenty of life left in her. Selling for a genuine reason, turning 72 this year so I need to downsize a bit. Don't forget lads and lasses, you don't stop riding because you get old, you get old because you stop riding !
