BMW R1250 RS SE Triple Black

Absolute stars at Joe Duffy today. Had an issue with the bike running rough and intermittent throttle operation. Thought I was going to have to have the bike recovered and fly home to Scotland awaiting repair. However, managed to get the bike to Joe Duffy and with the help of Jeff in Sales / Service and master tech Zak (who was off duty but offered to help) I got everything all sorted and back on the road to rejoin my tour team as we set off around Ireland. Awesome job and amazing service. Thanks a million.

Have been going to to Joe Duffy for a few years now for cars and services but this was my first time in Motorrad for a bike. Have to say, was a very positive experience and the guys, Patrick and Jeff, really helped to find the right bike for me. Been already been back for my fist service which was great value also. Well definitely be going back for upgrades in the future!

I’ve had a very good experience thus far since buying my k1600 GT sport in 2021. No issues with the team or the service. May not be the cheapest but I don’t fancy being caught out with substandard service in some back street garage- paying for BMW service and expertise is worth while when you’ve got an expensive premium bike.
