Top quality motorbike shop run by motorcycle lovers who are willing to be helpful. They are a main dealer for Indian Motorcycles as well as Zero and Herald Motorcycles. But they also sell parts (brake pads, engine oil, filters, etc.), service bikes and sell and fit tyres. Lovely shop inside! Well worth a visit, even just to browse. The premises is also very cool. They’re based in a building called The Engine Block, which also houses a classic car showroom and workshop among other automotive companies. On weekends the there is a nice cafe, so it’s a great meet up spot before, during or after a ride. I got a rear tyre off them - a Pirelli Supercorsa V3 SP 180/55/17. No marks on the rim. Balanced. Correctly located valve. Prices are main dealer-esque prices, but you’re getting top class service. They’re around since 2017, but Keith the owner is in the bike business for decades - previously on the parts distribution side. So he knows his stuff. Getting a 4.7 Google rating is notable for any business, so they clearly have many happy customers.

Very professional. Very friendly. Called Saturday looking for tires to be supplied and fitted to my S1000R and they said tire sizes were not in stock but they’d check with their supplier and call me back. And they did call me back unlike a number of others. Had the tires fitted today and had a coffee and a chat while I waited. Nice clean job, not a mark on the wheels. I’ve never used Franklin motorcycles before but I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.
