I dropped into Phillip McCallen Motorcycles yesterday because I needed a minor adjustment to my bike. All staff I met was very friendly, but a special thanks goes to Corey, who was amazing and got everything sorted in just a few minutes. I was also impressed by the huge selection of bikes, clothing, and accessories. Thank you again, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone 👍

Bought a Street Triple from these guys last year and went back today and took the Speed Triple and SuperDuke demonstrators out. Big thanks to Davy and Joe, absolutely zero pressure but we’re happy to present and go through all of the options available while providing great craic. I’ll be sure to be changing soon 👌🏻

Absolutely appalling customer service.

I had spoken to Jason in advance about coming up on Saturday to put a deposit down on a bike. As I live almost 100 miles away, I made sure to give plenty of notice before making the trip.

When we arrived, we let Jason know we were there to sort everything out. He told us he'd be with us in a few minutes once he'd finished with another customer. Fair enough. We spent some time looking around the shop and came back, only to find Jason chatting away to a completely different customer behind the till. Not once did he acknowledge us, update us, or make any effort whatsoever to help.

After standing around for 40 minutes feeling completely ignored, we left.

It's genuinely baffling that a business can make someone feel like such an inconvenience when they're actively trying to spend thousands of pounds on a bike (in a bike shop!!).

Needless to say, I'll be taking my money elsewhere. If this is how they treat customers who have arranged a visit in advance and are ready to put down a deposit, I'd hate to see how they treat everyone else.
