I came in for the CRF1100 recall, and the staff at the service desk were extremely helpful. The representative guided me through the process, clearly explained what was happening, and how long it would take.
I was offered the option to wait in the coffee room, have a coffee, while the work was being done. The job was completed professionally, and I’m very happy with the service.
