Honda XRV750 Africatwin

1991 XRV750 Africa Twin RD04 Imported from Czech Republic. Good points: - Engine is good and healthy starts up without issue and doesn't blow any smoke. - It is relatively corrosion free (a big problem on these) - The fuel tank is in amazing condition without any marks and is spotless on the inside. - Brakes have just been overhauled with brand new brembo discs and pads all round along with fresh brake fluid. - The counter shaft (a known weak spot on these) is in good condition with no play between it and the sprocket. - Aftermarket seat, crash cage and full givi luggage. - Tyres are in good condition and dated 2021 - Chain and Spokes are in good condition with plenty of life. - Trip master works. Bad points: - Previous owner let the bike fall while fueling up and broke the mirror, screen and a piece off the front cowling. - Crash cage has a small crack and would need to be re-welded - Chain slider needs to be replaced. - Oil looks fresh but last service is unknown so I would recommend giving it a full service. - Indicators are not working. - Clutch rattles occasionally but is very common on these and is NOT an issue. Described the best I can, its a good solid bike that with a small bit of money and some time will be ready to take on the world. Very desirable colours and priced accordingly.
