Picked up my bike today, from start to finish the customer service I received, was the best I’ve ever had. All the lads are helpful and easygoing. They go above and beyond, I’ve full trust, I’m in good hands with the after services they commit to. Thanks again!!!!!

These lads are honestly the best. Bought myself a little commuter bike from them (not a biker, as such) and they were so welcoming and nice. Their customer service is ridiculous, dropped bike to door, threw in a few free bits, spent ages explaining everything. Couldn't be more helpful and kind in offering aftercare. Well, what can I say! These lads are top notch! I saw the bike online and emailed straight away. They got back to me as soon as they could, and from the beginning, and not actually being able to see the bike at the time, they sent plenty of photos and videos of the bike! Absolute gents to deal with, and the bike itself was in perfect condition! I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thanks lads!

I have an upcoming motorbike test and needed a letter stating the bike's kW. I saw many great reviews of City Spares so went there. My wife and I were so impressed and couldn't stop talking afterwards about the amazing experience we had with everyone there. How welcome they made us feel, the great place atmosphere, the going above and beyond on what  we needed.
