I’m a motorbike novice. I went to Megabikes on Wexford Street to buy a helmet. I had an idea of what I wanted but was surprised to learn that the sizing of helmets differs by brand. Alannah was amazing: friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She explained the features, let me try on different helmets until we found something suitable. Even when it was closing time she didn’t rush. Thank you very much for all the advice. I had a great experience and found the entire staff incredibly helpful and passionate. Got a fab helmet with lots of features for a reduced price. Will definitely be back.
