Just collected my new Yamaha tenere 700 from Aaron and the team. The customer service was second to none. All my questions were answered. The bike was presented really well. Just took delivery of my new Yamaha Tracer 9 GT+. What a great bike, and what a great dealership! From the outset, both Ken and Alex who dealt with my sale were attentive, responsive and knowledgeable about the new model and kept me updated on delivery timescales and the accessories that I wanted. The sales process was easy and stress free. Ken sent me a video of my new bike when it was ready and in the showroom. Nice touch. Nothing was too much trouble and I got a comprehensive handover, with a full tour of the bike's many features and settings. I have been a customer of Hurst Yamaha for nearly 30 years - and there's a very good reason for that!

my experience over past 2 years. Just bought my second bike from charles hurst yamaha. Z900rs Again with Alex from sales. As first time was great experience, no issues test riding as many bikes and no pressure to buy. Had mechanical issue with first bike triumph. This was manufacturer problem. Not dealership. However was well looked after. the after sales service was absolutely brilliant. Could not ask for any more. Everything sorted no hassle, bike collect and delivered back. Even offered full refund if not happy with bike. So I've full confidence in the customer service and will be buying my next bike from them soon as time comes.
