When I came to pick up the bike, everything was well prepared and explained in detail, which gave me great confidence. Just bought a Yamaha MT-10 from Hurst and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I dealt with James when I first went in for a ‘look’ at the bikes. Initially I was thinking about a CB1000r which they had in stock but the MT kept catching my eye. After a bit of discussion I booked a test drive on the CB and the MT which I did the following day. I rode the CB first which was nice to ride but when I got on the MT-10 my face just lite up!… it is a phenomenal bike, needless to say I bought that one straight away. James was fantastic during my whole experience, not trying to sway my decision either way (being a Yamaha dealership), he was more concerned about me getting the right bike for me! I would definitely recommend Hurst Motorcycles and will be back for servicing.
