Left a scooter in for repair, didn't hear anything for 8 days. It was fair enough because I hadn't booked in before bringing it down. But on the 8th day I got a phone call telling me they wouldn't be fixing the scooter. I was told a part was needed and as it was an import they couldn't source a part. The bike is a 50cc Yamaha not a 1960s Ferrari. When I suggested they try to repair the bike without the part I was told "it wouldn't be worth it for them". That fixing a bike wouldn't be worth it for them. I picked up the bike and brought it to another garage and they had the bike up and running perfectly in 2 hours, without the part that was supposedly needed. Maybe the lads should stick to lawn mowers if they can't even fix a 50cc scooter.

Great bike shop to deal with. Very flexible and accomodating. They are very communicative and are able to pay more attention to the customer than the bigger bike shops could. I negotiated a very fair price for my trade-in bike and was delighted with the new Honda I bought on special offer. I will definitely call to them first if I ever need anything else. 10/10. 👍🏻

Needed a small modification done to my bike. Booked in quickly and the lads did the job in a few hours. Would've taken me a week! Staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend.
