I ordered a specific type of puncture repair kit from them through their website. When the product arrived it was the wrong type      ( because it didn't have T handle insertion tools) and had instructions in French or Spanish.
When I email them they replied  saying " The tubeless repair kits contain all the same contents".
And to cover the foreign instructions they say
"Below I have given you a link which will give you a video tutorial on how to use all tubeless repair kits."

The product is useless to me without the T handles and English instructions.

Had my bike stolen and towed here when it was found in lack of a better option. After 2 weeks they gave me a call that the bike was ready to be picked up. Honda has discontinued some parts of my bike so they couldn't replace them. So they just gave me back the bike half fixed without saying anything but still sent the bill to my insurance who then promptly proceeded to close my case as the workshop confirmed that it's fixed. No effort whatsoever in informing me or helping me in any way to get it properly done after casing in over 1k€ from my insurance. In addition, the guy behind the counter gave me attitude when I asked him how this is usually handled. They also just got a new ignition barrel with a new key instead of getting one from Honda coded to the existing key, so now I have separate keys for ignition, fuel cap and saddle release.

At an earlier occasion they gave me back the bike with a 10mm wrench still lodged on the still open brake fluid bleeding valve. Never again.
