Letting go of my beloved TL1000s. I've owned this bike for about 15 years at this stage - but its been in the corner of the garage for more than half that now, and I have two higher authorities now so it won't be ridden again. My loss, your gain.
So the story: I bought it secondhand in fairly stock condition with some bodge mods done (somebody had cut the top of the fairing for lord knows what reason) but somewhat unloved.
I have loved it though and it's had the works - if you're looking for a stock TL then stop reading now. The list goes as follows:
GSXR K6 complete front end (for the radial brakes and adjustability)
Bitubo SOAS rear spring and damper (replacing the stock rotary POS)
TLR battery box (to get the battery out of the subframe)
Gap mod tray fitted (community part, aesthetic mod)
Air box flow damper removed (unmodified airbox included)
Full M4 S/S exhaust system (original system included)
PCII (because she's able to breath properly now)
Gear indicator & ATRE (Gear position sensor is a common issue and affects fuel mapping - permits monitoring)
Quick action throttle
CNC clear clutch cover
Tail light w integrated signals
Wiring harness issues addressed (ignition, grounding, charging, starter)
Tyga C/F Front mudguard
Pyramic C/F rear hugger
Powerbronze DB screen (original included)
Steble nautilus airhorn (because peds get out of the way lot faster when they think there's a train coming at them)
Corbin Saddle (original included)
Pillion hump (pillion perch also included)
I had mirrors with integrated signal in them but one got brok'd in storage so it's back on what I got with it - I have some tasteful stalks for it there that need fitting.
Tires are old, C&S are good.
Paint is 'ok' but is one of the things I never got around to doing anything about - there is a complete second fairing included. Fairing on it is datatagged, complete, and all matching numbers. Boat load of spares.
Priced to sell. DWMT
