Suzuki VStrom 650 DL 2007 - Need gone by Wednesday

I’m selling my 2007 Suzuki VStrom DL650 because I have to move, and unfortunately I have to abandon the project I had planned for this bike. Mechanically sound and with logbook. I bought it with the intention of giving it some love and bringing it back into really nice condition, but unfortunately I have to leave the project unfinished. I have already invested a significant amount of money in it. GOOD POINTS / WORK ALREADY DONE - Full front suspension service. - New brake pads and fresh brake fluid. - Engine oil and oil filter changed approximately 500 km ago. - New gel battery. - New coolant. - Rear light wiring replaced with new wiring. - Four new spark plugs. - New original mirrors and levers. - New front and indicator bulbs. - Mechanically, the bike runs well and has been used regularly in its current condition. - Side panniers available. THINGS THAT NEED ATTENTION - The fuel tank and left-side fairing/plastic need paintwork. - The plastic panel around the windscreen is broken, as shown in the photos. - The seat is cracked and has been poorly repaired. It would benefit from being properly reupholstered or recovered. - The grips and handlebar bar ends could do with replacing. I already have new bar ends, but I haven’t had time to install them. - The centre stand springs should be replaced so that the stand returns properly. I also have the replacement springs. - One of the front brake discs may need adjustment or replacement. There is a slight vibration when braking very gently at very low speeds. The bike brakes well at higher speeds, but I want to mention this issue for full transparency.
