Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. Can’t fault process from beginning to end and video of bike before handover great idea (thank you Alex). Second bike I have bought from this dealership and very happy both times with purchase and after sales service.

I have had many bikes over the years serviced here but lately the quality has been unacceptable - rounded sump bolt and fairing bolts which I had to get drilled out. Customer service didn't phone me back when I raised it and were not interested in resolving the matter when I phoned them for a second time. Really shocking.

UPDATE: I emailed the support team as requested, however it's now over a month later there has been no follow up or resolution.
