YAMAHA T7 with upgraded suspension and extras

I recently purchased a Yamaha MT-10 from Charles Hurst Motorcycles, and I have to say the whole experience has been excellent. From the very beginning, Alex was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. He kept me well informed throughout the process, answered all my questions clearly, and made everything smooth from reservation through to collection. When I came to pick up the bike, everything was well prepared and explained in detail, which gave me great confidence. Alex also made sure I understood the running-in process and paperwork, and he has been quick to follow up afterwards to check that I got home safely and am happy with the bike. I’m definitely enjoying my MT-10, and I really appreciate the level of customer service and support Alex provided. Just bought a Yamaha MT-10 from Hurst and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I dealt with James when I first went in for a ‘look’ at the bikes. Initially I was thinking about a CB1000r which they had in stock but the MT kept catching my eye. After a bit of discussion I booked a test drive on the CB and the MT which I did the following day. I rode the CB first which was nice to ride but when I got on the MT-10 my face just lite up!… it is a phenomenal bike, needless to say I bought that one straight away. James was fantastic during my whole experience, not trying to sway my decision either way (being a Yamaha dealership), he was more concerned about me getting the right bike for me! I would definitely recommend Hurst Motorcycles and will be back for servicing.

Excellent easy transaction, Alex is a top salesman, extremely well informed & advised me through every stage of my purchase. The Tracer 9GT+ is a fantastic bike. Thanks for all your help.
