Yamaha TDR 250 project

Let me start by saying, I DO NOT WANT TO SELL! However I'm moving house and it's easier to sell this than move it/ I won't get to look at the bike for another few years. It was a project on the long finger, buying her what she needed when I could. What's included in the sale? A bike with a good running engine. The complete matching numbers engine In need of a rebuild Boxes of parts including spare crank, spare tank another better replica seat cover yet to be fitted. I'm sure there are other bits worth mentioning but I can't think of them at the moment What's been done? Frame stripped, sand blasted and repainted, OEM bolts zink plated / stainless steel bolts, forks rebuilt, new headstock bearings, new rear shock, aluminum rear swing arm, upgraded front brake, new rear caliper, new OEM intake rubbers (very expensive), DEP exhausts. New spark plugs, air filter, gearbox oil, etc. What's left to be done? Pretty much needs the body panels painted, mirrors and indicators and the odd little thing finished. This is not an abandoned project, I was building this up for myself and it's basically done so it's an easy winter project. Bad point bike is not registered in my name, as mentioned it was a project on the long finger, I was going to get it put in my name after it was painted so I could use it. The bike is not robbed or dodgy in any way, the reg and frame number are there and clearly legible, I had done reg checks when purchasing this and it wasn't flagging any issues, I bought it from a gent who's brother passed away and he couldn't locate the book while clearing out the house. I am not open to offers! If I don't sell I will happily keep it and finish it off, these bikes are rare and selling for 7-8k depending on condition. As you all aware 2 strokes are only going up in value. Please don't waste my time. I don't want to hear your opinion on what it's worth.
