Absolutely incredible service from Lee and the whole LMR team! I recently bought a GLC from Lee, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The car was delivered straight to my door, and Lee was unbelievably helpful with every question I had. He even took the car to Mercedes Wexford at his own expense to sort out a repair. Who does that these days?! Every issue or query I had was treated as top priority. I’ve never dealt with a car dealer who genuinely cares this much about their customers. I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, and honestly, I don’t think I’m very good at it. But for LMR and especially Lee, I felt I had to share my experience. I bought a BMW Japan import from LMR last week, and I’m absolutely delighted with the purchase and the entire process. From the beginning, Lee was incredibly helpful and professional. I know I overwhelmed him at times with a lot of questions and requests, but he handled everything with patience and care. I had been searching for an upgrade for over a month, visiting several 5-star dealers around Dublin. While many were happy to sell cars, none were willing to go the extra mile. Most would simply say, “We sell the car as-is, with only service and valeting.” But Lee was different. He addressed every concern I had, including minor wear and tear, and went above and beyond to fix those issues. Even though the car came with only one key, Lee arranged for a second key without hesitation. Despite initial advice from others to stick with Dublin-based dealers and avoid independent sellers, I’m glad I trusted my instincts. Lee truly earned my confidence with his dedication and honesty. He also gave me a fair value during the trade-in process, which made the deal even better. I bought a Fiesta ST here a few months back. Very happy with the car, I’ve done almost 8000km and not a problem. Lee was A1 to deal with. Went above and beyond to accommodate me viewing the car and collecting it a couple of weeks later. Couldn’t deal with a nicer crowd. I’d have no problem recommending LMR to friends and family and I hope to do business here again. Bear in mind, I live 3 and a half hours away!! 5/5 for the car. 5/5 for customer service.
