Yamaha YZF R1 2009

Recently serviced with valve clearance done as a preventative measure and a new back tyre. I took it out during the nice weather and its an amazing machine - endless power, beautiful to look at, and an engineering marvel. Why am I selling it? I want a house, unfortunately this bike needs to be offered up as a sacrificial lamb. It doesn't deserve it. I don't deserve it. And to be completely honest the whole situation is liable to give me indigestion. But what can you do against late stage capitalism eh? I bought this adrenaline inducing crotch rocket a few years back and its not missed a beat since. It's been garaged and looked after during my stewardship- I do enjoy opening it up on the straights but I'm a cowardly man otherwise and I could never extract all 180 glorious horses on any of the twisty roads. I'll shake the hand of anyone who can! As I'm sure you,dear reader, have gathered from the tone of my ad, I'm not exactly thrilled to be selling this eye catching rev happy steel horse of mine, so any offers too far away from asking will be ignored. You've been warned. It's also an all original bike save for the nifty led tail light and tail tidy. Rear light has got an indicator function. I've also got service history. My mechanic tells me it's getting hard to find them this way... personally I've no idea what I'd do if it was even louder and faster (see above regarding cowardice) Anyway, if you've made it this far I'm impressed.
