Absolutely brilliant experience dealing with all the staff. Very friendly and did an excellent job on my 310GS. I asked them to give me an overview of my motorbike and they printout something I wasn't aware of and for that I'm grateful. I will definitely be back.

Ciaran took great care of me allowing me to test the car two days in a row and answering every question I had (I had a lot!). They did a much better job than other BMW in Dublin. The financial service team also did a great job trying everything they could to make it work for me. Would definitely recommend!

I didn’t come to this with high expectations but I had a pleasant professional experience. My sales person was not pushy -  not condescending and knew his product well. The negotiation was professional and constructive and the handover was fine too.

Had a booking to take the gs1300 for a ride had been looking forward to it for a couple weeks till I got there and the bike wasn't available. Was in for a service or something. That was cool so I said I'd like to take the RS or something similar seeing as I was there and I made sure my day was clear when I made the booking the other day and I didn't want to leave totally empty handed. He then said to me "well now we can't just let you ride any bike at any time". So I said, apparently you can't get a bike even if one makes a booking. He told me to hang tight, grab a coffee and would give me a call once it was available. Long story short, went to Dublin Harley Davidson to wait. I didn't have an appointment and got a ride in at the drop of a hat. Way friendlier than the BMW staff and now I'm saving up for an HD. By the way.... I'm still waiting for the call.

Christian provided an excellent service.  Called him with a problem and he helped sort it with no fuss.  We were recovered to Kearys BMW with tyre problems and one hour later we were on our way with two new motorbike tyres.
