B23 International finger bar mowers

2 B23 international mowers with 2 blades, 2 wooden connecting rods, 1 brand new swarth board and new belt. The fresher one was used for topping 6 acres of rushes last season. It needs 1 finger bolt, pinfold strap on one side, topping skid changed over from older one , a sharpen and its as close to new as a working vintage mower as it gets. All parts are there.
