My wife’s motorcycle had a flat rear tire this morning.. after getting it plugged as a temporary fix we called MotoWorld to see if they had a tire the correct size which they did.. they said they would install it when we arrived… we met Kevin when arrived who quickly got the motorcycle into the shop and the technician installed it and in just over an hour we were on our way.  Simply great service from all the folks at MotoWorld .. thank you Kevin… great job

I recently purchased a quad from Motoworld Letterkenny and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Rachel at reception, who was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made everything easy and was a pleasure to deal with. A big thank you also to Kevin in the sales department- professional, knowledgeable and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Fantastic customer service all round. I would highly recommend this business and will definitely return in the future.

Have contacted this store twice and have been met with an absolute disregard to the customer and cheeky attitude from the moment the girl answered the phone. Absolutely clueless and dont really care about the stores reputation which can be seen from the reviews. You have now lost the sale of ranger and a quad as I have sourced these elsewhere and will take delivery tomorrow. I thought shop local would have been best but glad now I went elsewhere as the discussions in the mart about the store is not too enticing. J.duggan Farms.

Charged 50 euro extra than quote for a tyre

Motoworld quoted me €179 for a new rear tyre. I dropped the loose wheel off to be changed and asked my wife to collect it for me the following day, I then find out they charged her €229 euro.
I went into motoworld after work asking why, and was told it was a 50 euro fitting fee (I've never been charged a fitting fee in all my years riding, also I took the wheel off for them already), I told them if they would have told me before hand I would have taken my business elsewhere. I was pretty much told "tough luck that's the way it is" by the horrible customer service, the lad admitted he quoted me 179 and just walked away leaving the girl to deal with it. I asked for a 50 euro refund and to be charged the original price quoted and was told no, so I said I would be returning the tyre and taking my old one back. I was then told I would be charged again to return the tyre, ridiculous and infuriating.

Absolute joke of a company. I have a recording of the conversation with the employee admitting to qouting me €179 and I will be taking this matter further, legally if I have too.

You never once mentioned 50 euro for fitting, you didn't give invoice, you simply charged my wife 50 euro extra when she collected the tyre. You qouted me 179 on the phone and that was it. You didn't balance anything  ether as I took the tyre off myself. I was in the store already and you refused to even take the tyre back and had the cheek to try charge me to return the tyre. Il see you in court

This is the last thing I wanted to do, however, it’s only fair to allow other potential customers who may want to place an order for road legal buggy parts.
I ordered an central top roof brake light as shown in picture and was sent incorrectly a right/left rear brake/tail light.
I emailed and received a reply stating that the part number was correct as per the item listing but the picture was wrong. I was informed that Motoworld would check to see if the correct item was in stock, unfortunately I heard nothing and needed to constantly chase for a reply which I eventually got after several days informing me the correct part was not in stock and did I want to keep the wrongly delivered tail light.
Obviously I emailed back and asked for a refund and also asked Motoworld to arrange collection of the tail light which was sent wrongly.
You’ve guessed it, I’ve heard nothing back and as I write this review the dealership is actually open.
Motoworld please do the correct thing and resolve this easily transaction with a refund and collection before I legally escalate as I can’t stress enough how unprofessional the whole experience of communication has been.
