Clarkes of Cavan took 12 days and only after a chasing up with a number of emails to supply me with what turned out to be a a faulty PCb board for an husqvarna robot mower. They then refused both a refund or an exchange or a return of the pcb . Their customer service was none existant and they didnt answer the phones even though I tried calling several times .Their emails were arrogant and dismissive so I would have been out of pocket to the tune of £123.00 if paypal protection hadn,t stepped in . So my advice is be wary of buying from this company and use some form of payment protection if you do choose to purchase from them .
