Coldroom built by Ryan’s of borrisoleigh ,Tipperary Double room 6.4 m x 9.3 m in total size. Room (1) 6.4m x 4.1m Room (2) 6.4 m x 5.2m Can operate individually or as one large coldroom. Each rooms has a bank of evaporator fans. 4 fans in the larger room and 3 fans in the smaller room. Forklift accessible. 2 external sliding access doors (2.6 m x1.9m ) one internal sliding door. (100 mm thick panel.) 3.1 m in height Pulls down to 1* quickly. This coldroom is in excellent condition, only used from new for 3 years. Chill only not a freezer.
